Mantra

Eye am my sweet, conscious, loving, one breath of absolute abundance now, pulsating, vibrating, and spiraling into exponential potentials forever.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Internal Communication (real, bio-feedback)

I have been repeating the mantra (Eye Am My Breath) a lot, even in my sleep. Desmond said we have to do the work to get bliss (Joseph Campbell "follow your bliss"). Breath Consciousness is the Seal to the "head gasket" to get the power flowing like in a car engine.

This comparison made me think of the extent of attention that has gone into engineering things in this world. Such exacting concerns to make machines, technologies, computers, etc. But then people have not done the same with their own consciousness, their own spiritual development.

A theme for me for some time is "I have to get my consciousness in shape, in the proper stage for effective creation" - like getting the horse before the cart.

Focusing outside of ourselves cannot give adequate feedback from the external.

The external operates with ideas, words, systems like the economy, scarcity, war, disease - it has created the stimuli for our bio-feedback system but we have become de-sensitized to its communication, our feelings.

Our collective culture, at least in the US, laments death and yet people are not really valued, the systems are killing us off but wanting us to just be dramatic and think/feel we are just victims of unseen or controllable effects - the hypocrisy is pretty blatant.

An individual can't get her/his guidance from an outside interpretation. Spiritual evolution is a process of becoming aware and sensitive to the feeling feedback. However if there is too much mental noise and system disharmony then it can be difficult to glean the messages/guidance.

The Practice is the ultimate guide for Self Awareness to become conditioned to the internal bio-mechanisms that guide.

The only ultimate given is the breath. It is the only unknowable, knowable, truth. With it all other givens, experiences are given and supported and sustained.

Macro systems like the economy, government, church, etc., etc. are only pushing people inside - the strife and lack of purchase and dependability put a person on dicey, unstable footing.

Pushing us inside to the eternal truth and sustainability of the breath.

This is our awakening. Digesting the image based creations one breath at a time.

So, the process is actually physical/biological. We are Breathing ourselves into the new consciousness, not thinking ourselves to it. And, it is happening to us, by us, for us - but we can accelerate, or facilitate by our conscious participation. This now is the proper use of our attention, to use the tools at our disposal, such as:

Mantras, such as - "Eye Am My Breath" (any combination, Trust Your Breath has an abundance of phrases, anything that centers you in your breath)

Deep Breathing, play with your breath, conscious breathing (notice, pay attention to it)

New Languaging - becoming aware of what we are saying, to ourselves, to the world and about it (including other selves) - see Trust Your Breath

Contemplations, appreciations - catalog things to be grateful for

Nature connections, observations - nature abounds in the perfection of what supports everything. Nature IS without the questioning or doubt. Observing and experiencing nature reminds us of what supports us too.

Experience processing, engagings - we learn from our experiences, from reviewing, from processing or "digesting" them

Sharing, giving, gifting

Active loving (non-judgment, gratitude for all, especially One Breath) see Love Transcends

The only thing to know - One Breath.

One Breath. One Love. One Family.

EndlessOne Global (E1G) is about creating the system for free exchange. The "money" people will tend to get you bogged down into details. The conversation will digress and get lost. E1G does all that the existing system was intended to be utilized for but the point is to get to the "added value" - the benefits and rewards in order to provide the opportunities that so many of us enjoy, to the people and places that have been left out of the current exchange systems. The systems that we have been using work fine, it is just they are not "current" for the whole. They have been "apparently" serving a few special interests.

In a body, like the world human family, which is intimately connected to the material world, you must have adequate circulation. E1G is about getting this economic system and $ circulation to all parts of our collective body. The system works great, we just have to open up the channels to allow flow to parts of our body that have been cut off or left out. The basis for this must be on things like compassion, fairness, openness and love.

"We're all in this together."

But this realization doesn't fully come to be known until one discovers this within each of us. When we connect with who and what we are., through our own process and experience, then we will fully appreciate the statement.

One Breath. One Love. One Family.

Many great teachers have said the same thing in no so many words.

Jesus said "Do unto others as you would have done to you."

This is not a suggestion, or recommendation, a piece of advice or order. It is a statement of how creation works. A statement about the One.

What you do to anything, yourself, or others, you do to it all.

"Love God with all your being." and "Love your neighbor as yourself." (see Realization of Self Love)

In this world, at this time, the loving oneself has been alluded and deluded. Without appreciation of self there can be no appreciation of others or the whole.

People try to resist One Breath. The intellect tries to maintain its duality tyranny. But even the tool of the brain will have to let go and accept the fact that without the first step, our own breath, nothing is accomplished. Logic too must accept this one fact.

Carl Jung said "What you resist, persists."

And while we continue to try to dance around with our experiences, stories, feelings, dramas - the breath, our breath, your breath - persists.

Patiently, lovingly, abundantly supporting you to create whatever you express.

So, the question arises, what kind of life experience, world do you want to contribute to, and be part of?

It has been said "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts."

and you are whole inside another whole that can best be described, in this world as

One Breath. One Love. One Family. One World.

Some time ago I wrote an essay about the concept of refusing to support half of our physical body with the stuff needed for it to continue to thrive, be alive. (see Taking care of the whole person)

"We're all in this together. We have to save ourselves, and each other."

But interestingly there is no "saving" because love, life, our breath already knows what it is doing, and, it is taking us there.

Political Ecology - those who are pooling, collecting, hoarding are not "winning" - energy must flow

"When you become like a child you will enter the kingdom."

Children don't know our stories until we convince them that they have to be theirs too. This is how history repeats itself. The subtle "program" that is running with many people in this world we might call "doubt" - essentially a lack of trust that there is an intelligent loving force guiding the progress of all of this.

Jesus's 2 Truths

Jesus, showed us two truths - "love" and "eternal life". It is not time to bemoan and be sad, that is what the "sad", depressed energies want. They have to be fed to stay alive.

Reflect, grow, process, digest and celebrate your life, your love, our potentialities to bring endings to those things that are passing from the world. We can experience peace, joy and love one conscious deep breath at a time. This message reverberates through all scriptures, movies, healing messages but mostly can be found, literally, moving in and out of our face, 20,000 times a day. This is the first gift of life, appreciate it, embrace it and know without any doubt that you are, absolutely, being supported by infinite love. Supervisors

These days I am checking with my young executives (Shiloh & Lincoln) as to whether I should post comments that judge or criticize anyone or anything. They haven't authorized a single post. I believe this is how I can come to really understand what Jesus meant when he said "When you become like a child you will enter the kingdom." - I don't think he was talking about getting rich and powerful, but understanding that all of the pain and suffering we have learned from this tiny "reality" and the generations, and cultures that have passed before. They know, until we teach them otherwise. They don't come installed with the viruses of lack, fear or doubt. The truth is the cosmos, and everything in it, is being supported and it is not going to stop anytime soon.

Supported Infinitely

The life force/source that is supporting everything probably knows what it is doing. Contrary to some stories that it was turned over to us and we have failed and should feel guilty, this kind of energy to realize our full potentials is not the best foundation.
