It seems that everybody "thinks" they are looking for something. In the end we are looking for ourselves. We are with ourselves so there is nothing necessary to accomplish. So, after you discover this simple fact, then you can get on with the business at hand - to Be and Create - if that is what you choose.
You are your Breath - this a simple but incredibly empowering thing to know, feel and Be. This is revealed through many, if not all, of the great spiritual sources* and has been "downloaded", once again, by our dear friend Desmond Green. We are Sharing this download.
So how do you find that you are yourself and that you are not lost? It is time for some Self Study - we have some suggested readings and contemplations.

If you read these books and do your best to allow the ideas to sink into your mind, consciousness and heart you will have begun the process of establishing a new foundation in your life.
However, if you are not motivated to read or study, the most important book to allow to influence your life and how you proceed, is The Practice.
Also, Conscious Deep Breathing as a discipline will do more as a single activity than any other practice. However, reading, accepting and contemplating the other principles will accelerate and enhance your ability to create the life you are yearning for.
A simple truth - if you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting.
Why not allow your breath to show you a new way? and allow the Spirit of Divine Love to move through you, while you are conscious of it, and have your life be transformed.

Our Friend Desmond Green
Desmond Green

Dear friends. Let me tell you a little about Desmond. Since I was introduced to him through my dear friend Yvette Dubel over 4 1/2 years ago I have never heard a single negative statement from him. I have not once heard him complain about a person, place or thing. I never heard him gripe about his living situation. I have not read a negative word that has been written or spoken about an institution or anything. Never. And I mean NEVER!
How can this be? Who is this man? The beautiful man who incessantly reminds me of the importance of the breath? I don't know how many times we have talked on Skype, he calls me like a dutiful friend, day after day. How has God blessed me with such a beautiful, powerful, patient friend as this. Day after day Desmond calls me to remind me to look at the beauty of my life, to notice the flowers, to taste the nectar of making love to a woman, to recognize the Glory of God, the One Infinite Creator.
Patiently, persistently, doggedly Desmond has been reminding of the truths that he has discovered in his full life. I think he is about 75 now. He began his life with a simple knowing, I guess, of God's love. A clarity of the abundance and richness of the glory of this world and other worlds - almost as if through the eyes and heart of a child. He credits it to loving parents, which I know helps. But Desmond just knows something that we need to know. His wife told me the name Desmond means "dweller in two worlds".
He spent many years researching psychology with some of the greatest names in the field. He specialized in child psychology. I don't know a lot more about him. He doesn't talk much about himself. I don't think he has any problems because I have never heard him speak about one - not ever.
It is clear to me he knows his mission. Of any single person in this world, Desmond knows his mission. That is to bring to the world, during this incredible time of transformation, the importance of us to know our breath. Through this knowing, and experience we will find ourselves on a red carpet. A red carpet to where? To ourselves. To our heart. To the love of God.
Some years ago, after many, many life experiences, I referred to myself as the "experience miester". This is because I have had a lot. The nature of my being, who I am, is to not let things rest. I have to investigate. I need to turn each rock over. I need to look behind the story. I am always compelled to get to the bottom of the story.
So, some 4 years ago I began to study, and look, and investigate this thing that Desmond has been constantly talking about, The Breath. And what did I find. Consistently, in every place that I have looked. In every spiritual book. In each place, where, after all of the words, and ideas, and concepts, and possibilities of something to think about, or dialog about, or pontificate upon about life as a human being has been put forward - the breath is always the grounding point. I found so much evidence that I was able to write a book with some of the more important places that I have found references. And since putting that book together I have another dozen references, or so. And these are not little, these are important like, Jesus "breathing" on the disciples when he commissioned them. And the citings have continued on.
Some time in 2008 I must have invoked, without really knowing, Jesus's prayer from the Sermon on the Mount "Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and it will be opened unto you". So I have sought, and read, and researched, and watched thousands of hours of videos on YouTube, and other informational sources looking to the answers to the big questions of life. I won't get into that here. But my point is to say, I have discovered many of the answers. Of course this always leads to more questions. But I have learned how God made something so perfect and extensive as the universe and our existence. I will write something about what I have found at a later date. But here, what I want to report, is that Desmond knows. He knows. He is aware, somehow, without conducting all of the analysis, without searching high and low, that it all comes down to our breath.
Desmond has written many books. His book of aphorisms are amazing. They are each fountains of wisdom. Short, quippy, witty statements, each if pondered upon for a day, a week, or even a year contain deep and simple wisdom that would transform how you see the world, the universe, your life. Desmond's heart and mind shares freely and openly.
And, in concert with his lovely wife Dawn, who has written her own books, have created a beautiful palette of colors to enlighten and colorize what many have come to see as a drab world. Dawn's book "The Mouse and the Magician" is a beautiful tale of the power of the mind. How perspective changes everything. What seems to be a children's story contains deep lessons for us as we have imprisoned ourselves, like the mouse, in a cage in our own mind.
But Desmond's most important book is The Practice. It is short, easy to read, and apparently simple. It is simple, but in profoundly deep and spiritual ways. Contained with those few words are the essence of what a human-being needs to put a solid foundation down in their life. To have something they can depend upon. To make a life, to re-create a life - or to discover their life. And then from their "the sky is the limit" as they say. And so much more than that.
I am like a butterfly. I have been pulled away to many experiences, many people have left my life - some through my choosing, some not. But somewhere in my heart, my intuition, something has told me to "stick with Desmond". So here I am. Telling you about my beautiful, loving friend. The only friend I have who calls me every day. And what does he say? I never know, for sure. But I do know the theme. He might begin with something to the effect "Andy, I had an epiphany, a knowing that has come into my being." And then he shares with me about the precious gift he has found, and knows is contained within the breath.
"And God breathed life into man" we have been told. And all the sacred texts, when you get to the crux of the matter will re-mind you of the breath. It will be the thing you are told to do when you do Yoga, or acting, or music, or mediation. Anytime you want to discover the source of your life, when you are needing to get grounded, you will receive guidance to relax and pay attention to your breath.
I can go on and on about what I have discovered in my spiritual research, which inadvertently always leads back to references to the breath. It always seems to be the bottom line. How did Desmond know this without doing all of this research? I asked him once "He just said he just somehow knew, at least in this incarnation".
So, today I invite you to join Desmond and I. Desmond, I can tell, as my friend - is LIVING LOVE! His words, actions and deeds are of God and the angels. I have never met another being like Desmond. And he is everyone's friend. He is patiently waiting, teaching and Sharing. Inviting us to the home he has always been. Spend some time to read his words contained in The Practice. On the surface they seem so simple. But embedded in them are great spiritual TRUTHS. The words can reach anyone, which is what we have to do now.
If you, like I, are working to save the world, then we have to be able to reach every heart and mind. Our words and concepts must be simple. They must sink into the mind of even the most wretched, the most pained, or the richest. And they must lead to action. That action, simply, is to begin to appreciate their breath. To notice, and play with the idea that the breath is our living, pulsating, gift from God that gives all life, life. That truly the Spirit that has manifested and created and sustains this incredibly diverse, extensive and beautiful creation - does so with the movement of the breath. The "Yin and Yang" the "In and Out" movement of invisible force that allows us to do all of this stuff in this world, and in all other realms - at least as Desmond knows.
Please join me in our journey to Share this Love with everyone. It is already here. Help us Share it with others. To remind them. To help them get in touch with their own life force and be grateful for it. To learn a basic, non-dogmatic, set of skills to empower them to begin to make the life of their dreams. And together we will learn that we have great power to make that world a reality, and much, much sooner, than later.

Putting a price on My Soul
Life seems to be about settling, or satisfying this yearning. Ultimately I believe its for a true experience of what we believe, or think, is God. But why this yearning for something that is truly everywhere? This has been the answer, the conclusion, the solution to all my questions, seeking, yearning - to those deep, slow burning questions that I have inside. There are many, or have been. It all came down to the statement when I took the risk to step out of the game - "I want more!!" I yearn to know the "God thing", "how do I fit?", "how does it work?", "why?"
But if it is already here, in everything, why do I have to go somewhere, or seek, or do? I guess it is the nature of the experience here - in this we call "life". I also seek happiness, peace, appreciation - is this the same desire for God? After all of the acquisition of things, experience, knowledge it has always been followed by a "neediness" for more. That experience has become "wanting" - there is a bitter taste it has left behind. Some thing in my heart tells me that "doing" any more will leave me dissatisfied - "Doing" in the sense of expecting some external reward - money, prestige, recognition. Of course I like to be noticed - I think we all do. But after stacking up a bunch of paper, or numbers, or words I found there wasn't much satisfaction. The satisfaction, now, comes from just the act of Sharing. It's kind of like "Being" for me. I've done a lot of stuff, gotten some answers, or more questions, but it's fun to just Share. But how can I put a price on that? It does seem to be the most important game in the world. I used to play Monopoly. But it did get boring. I found the reward of winning to not be worth the anxiety of "wanting" to win.
What is a fragrant flower blooming in a dew covered meadow worth? Or the laughter of children? To become like a child offers the chance to enter the Kingdom?
I've really lost interest in putting a price on what I do. The numbers game has really come to bore me. Does a tree trust that the Earth will still be here to hold its roots? Do I question each day whether the "science" of the electrons of my body will still operate in balance, or even the galaxies? Why this lack of trust in what we call human affairs?
I depend on nature for my lessons. When I go outside the elements and living things seem pretty peaceful - always moving, yet peaceful. Even the stars or the elements in my body seem in balance - at least it feels that way. I have learned that everything is living and dying - but that is just the natural process of things. The interesting thing is the consistency of the consciousness of the feeling of being me. I've been told I go lots of other places but I don't really remember, clearly.
I can tell my appreciation for what is, has been, is expanding. Sometimes the joy, the ecstacy that seems to emanate from my heart is increasing. I have learned a lot in this lifetime - and now I know I really know nothing. But my yearning to be one with God has expanded too. And yet now I know that I can't ever be out of God - so, I guess, I am really yearning to Be, here, Now - because, I guess I am - at least this part I am aware of. I'm pretty sure God really is taking care of everything. At least the last time I checked he/she/it was.
I'm just thinking I'm just going to Share my stuff - I don't know what else to do. I'll let someone else put a value to it. It just feels good to Share. Others can take it or leave it. I like my stuff. Sometimes it really surprises me. Not many other people seem to notice. Ah, what the hell. I'm not very good at marketing and advertising - well, actually I just don't want to play that game either - I can be pretty good. I don't play Monopoly, chess or video games either.
I guess I'm just becoming a boring old guy. I like to think about God, life and how to feel peaceful and really happy - how do I avoid feeling angst, or frustration or anger? What can I do to help others to feel happy? I like this stuff now. I don't really know how to put a price on those things. I don't really want to "raise money" to do them either. This game just has really gotten boring to me. And it seems to cause a lot of angst. I guess I'm screwed because many people tell me that I have to play the game just to live. Hmmmm . . ., this is quite the conundrum . . . . What am I gonna do?

Jesus: The Son of Man, by Kahlil Gibran
I recently found a book in the Source Bookstore in Davenport, Iowa. It is amazing, beautiful and something that we all might benefit from reading. I feel that the stories related in this book are the Truth of who Jesus was and what he taught.
I gravitated to this book because my mother had given me only one book, that I can remember. When I was 18 she gave me Kahlil's book The Prophet and had written a beautiful message in the front about the book best representing the life philosophy of her and my father. I guess this "knowing" is embedded in me, as I have often thought that the one thing my mother really made me understand is what I am now calling "The Golden Way" (previously we have been told it is the Golden Rule). For those who might want to digress, here are the tributes I Shared about my Mother and Father when they passed.
I have read Jesus, The Son of Man his words and his deeds as told and recorded by those who knew him and I felt very compelled to share some of the passages. I cried more than once reading this book. At times I felt I was there where the stories took place. I also was able to find the book electronically, so those inclined to get the book, just click the link on the bottom of this post.

Joseph Of Arimathea: On The Primal Aims Of Jesus
You would know the primal aim of Jesus, and I would fain tell you. But none can touch with fingers the life of the blessed wine, nor see the sap that feeds the branches.
And though I have eaten of the grapes and have tasted the new vintage at the winepress, I cannot tell you all.
I can only relate what I know of Him.
Our Master and our Beloved lived but three prophet's seasons. They were the spring of His song, the summer of His ecstasy, and the autumn of His passion; and each season was a thousand years.
The spring of His song was spent in Galilee. It was there that He gathered His lovers about Him, and it was on the shores of the blue lake that He first spoke of the Father, and of our release and our freedom.
By the Lake of Galilee we lost ourselves to find our way to the Father; and oh, the little loss that turned to such gain.
It was there the angels sang in our ears and bade us leave the arid land for the garden of heart's desire.
He spoke of fields and green pastures; of the slopes of Lebanon where the white lilies are heedless of the caravans passing in the dust of the valley.
He spoke of the wild brier that smiles in the sun and yields its incense to the passing breeze.
And He would say, "The lilies and the brier live but a day, yet that day is eternity spent in freedom."
And one evening as we sat beside the stream He said, "Behold the brook and listen to its music. Forever shall it seek the sea, and though it is for ever seeking, it sings its mystery from noon to noon.
"Would that you seek the Father as the brook seeks the sea."
Then came the summer of His ecstasy, and the June of His love was upon us. He spoke of naught then but the other man -- the neighbour, the road-fellow, the stranger, and our childhood's playmates.
He spoke of the traveller journeying from the east to Egypt, of the ploughman coming home with his oxen at eventide, of the chance guest led by dusk to our door.
And He would say, "Your neighbour is your unknown self made visible. His face shall be reflected in your still waters, and if you gaze therein you shall behold your own countenance.
"Should you listen in the night, you shall hear him speak, and his words shall be the throbbing of your own heart.
"Be unto him that which you would have him be unto you.
"This is my law, and I shall say it unto you, and unto your children, and they unto their children until time is spent and generations are no more."
And on another day He said, "You shall not be yourself alone. You are in the deeds of other men, and they though unknowing are with you all your days.
"They shall not commit a crime and your hand not be with their hand.
"They shall not fall down but that you shall also fall down; and they shall not rise but that you shall rise with them.
"Their road to the sanctuary is your road, and when they seek the wasteland you too seek with them.
"You and your neighbour are two seeds sown in the field. Together you grow and together you shall sway in the wind. And neither of you shall claim the field. For a seed on its way to growth claims not even its own ecstasy.
"Today I am with you. Tomorrow I go westward; but ere I go, I say unto you that your neighbour is your unknown self made visible. Seek him in love that you may know yourself, for only in that knowledge shall you become my brothers."
Then came the autumn of His passion.
And He spoke to us of freedom, even as He had spoken in Galilee in the spring of His song; but now His words sought our deeper understanding.
He spoke of leaves that sing only when blown upon the wind; and of man as a cup filled by the ministering angel of the day to quench the thirst of another angel. Yet whether that cup is full or empty it shall stand crystalline upon the board of the Most High.
He said, "You are the cup and you are the wine. Drink yourselves to the dregs; or else remember me and you shall be quenched."
And on our way to the southward He said, "Jerusalem, which stands in pride upon the height, shall descend to the depth of Jahannum the dark valley, and in the midst of her desolation I shall stand alone.
"The temple shall fall to dust, and around the portico you shall hear the cry of widows and orphans; and men in their haste to escape shall not know the faces of their brothers, for fear shall be upon them all.
"But even there, if two of you shall meet and utter my name and look to the west, you shall see me, and these my words shall again visit your ears."
And when we reached the hill of Bethany, He said, "Let us go to Jerusalem. The city awaits us. I will enter the gate riding upon a colt, and I will speak to the multitude.
"Many are there who would chain me, and many who would put out my flame, but in my death you shall find life and you shall be free.
"They shall seek the breath that hovers betwixt heart and mind as the swallow hovers between the field and his nest. But my breath has already escaped them, and they shall not overcome me.
"The walls that my Father has built around me shall not fall down, and the acre He has made holy shall not be profaned.
"When the dawn shall come, the sun will crown my head and I shall be with you to face the day. And that day shall be long, and the world shall not see its eventide.
"The scribes and the Pharisees say the earth is thirsty for my blood. I would quench the thirst of the earth with my blood. But the drops shall rise oak trees and maple, and the east shall carry the acorns to other lands."
And then He said, "Judea would have a king, and she would march against the legions of Rome.
"I shall not be her king. The diadems of Zion were fashioned for lesser brows. And the ring of Solomon is small for this finger.
"Behold my hand. See you not that it is over-strong to hold a sceptre, and over-sinewed to wield a common sword?
"Nay, I shall not command Syrian flesh against Roman. But you with my words shall wake that city, and my spirit shall speak to her second dawn.
"My words shall be an invisible army with horses and chariots, and without axe or spear I shall conquer the priests of Jerusalem, and the Caesars.
"I shall not sit upon a throne where slaves have sat and ruled other slaves. Nor will I rebel against the sons of Italy.
"But I shall be a tempest in their sky, and a song in their soul.
"And I shall be remembered.
"They shall call me Jesus the Anointed."
These things He said outside the walls of Jerusalem before He entered the city.
And His words are graven as with chisels.

I gravitated to this book because my mother had given me only one book, that I can remember. When I was 18 she gave me Kahlil's book The Prophet and had written a beautiful message in the front about the book best representing the life philosophy of her and my father. I guess this "knowing" is embedded in me, as I have often thought that the one thing my mother really made me understand is what I am now calling "The Golden Way" (previously we have been told it is the Golden Rule). For those who might want to digress, here are the tributes I Shared about my Mother and Father when they passed.
I have read Jesus, The Son of Man his words and his deeds as told and recorded by those who knew him and I felt very compelled to share some of the passages. I cried more than once reading this book. At times I felt I was there where the stories took place. I also was able to find the book electronically, so those inclined to get the book, just click the link on the bottom of this post.

Joseph Of Arimathea: On The Primal Aims Of Jesus
You would know the primal aim of Jesus, and I would fain tell you. But none can touch with fingers the life of the blessed wine, nor see the sap that feeds the branches.
And though I have eaten of the grapes and have tasted the new vintage at the winepress, I cannot tell you all.
I can only relate what I know of Him.
Our Master and our Beloved lived but three prophet's seasons. They were the spring of His song, the summer of His ecstasy, and the autumn of His passion; and each season was a thousand years.
The spring of His song was spent in Galilee. It was there that He gathered His lovers about Him, and it was on the shores of the blue lake that He first spoke of the Father, and of our release and our freedom.
By the Lake of Galilee we lost ourselves to find our way to the Father; and oh, the little loss that turned to such gain.
It was there the angels sang in our ears and bade us leave the arid land for the garden of heart's desire.
He spoke of fields and green pastures; of the slopes of Lebanon where the white lilies are heedless of the caravans passing in the dust of the valley.
He spoke of the wild brier that smiles in the sun and yields its incense to the passing breeze.
And He would say, "The lilies and the brier live but a day, yet that day is eternity spent in freedom."
And one evening as we sat beside the stream He said, "Behold the brook and listen to its music. Forever shall it seek the sea, and though it is for ever seeking, it sings its mystery from noon to noon.
"Would that you seek the Father as the brook seeks the sea."
Then came the summer of His ecstasy, and the June of His love was upon us. He spoke of naught then but the other man -- the neighbour, the road-fellow, the stranger, and our childhood's playmates.
He spoke of the traveller journeying from the east to Egypt, of the ploughman coming home with his oxen at eventide, of the chance guest led by dusk to our door.
And He would say, "Your neighbour is your unknown self made visible. His face shall be reflected in your still waters, and if you gaze therein you shall behold your own countenance.
"Should you listen in the night, you shall hear him speak, and his words shall be the throbbing of your own heart.
"Be unto him that which you would have him be unto you.
"This is my law, and I shall say it unto you, and unto your children, and they unto their children until time is spent and generations are no more."
And on another day He said, "You shall not be yourself alone. You are in the deeds of other men, and they though unknowing are with you all your days.
"They shall not commit a crime and your hand not be with their hand.
"They shall not fall down but that you shall also fall down; and they shall not rise but that you shall rise with them.
"Their road to the sanctuary is your road, and when they seek the wasteland you too seek with them.
"You and your neighbour are two seeds sown in the field. Together you grow and together you shall sway in the wind. And neither of you shall claim the field. For a seed on its way to growth claims not even its own ecstasy.
"Today I am with you. Tomorrow I go westward; but ere I go, I say unto you that your neighbour is your unknown self made visible. Seek him in love that you may know yourself, for only in that knowledge shall you become my brothers."

Waiting for You
We are One.
Living as two.
But two is not the truth,
of this you can be sure.
The One created this illusory reality,
In order to define,
An expression outside itself.
That being only love.
But that experiment is now complete.
A new reality will emerge.
A continuation of Divine Love.
But contrary to what we think we know,
this will truly be one of Free Will.
No longer vibrationally concurred.
A new opening will emerge.
Transitioning us to experience infinite Love.
But the choice will always be yours.
As it truly always has.
This adventure will emerge.
from the thoughts and fears you have.
So process now your ancient woes.
Replace with only Peace and Love.
From That which all emerges.
This peace yours and ours.
You will find it in your heart.
It is accessible through your Breath.
And yes, it is as simple as that!
But be diligent dear one.
For the new world will respond.
With eagerness and joy.
Delivering your wildest dreams.
Whether of fear or joy.
But if regrets or hate be your dominant trait,
that will assure that fate.
So come now to trust God.
The One who's always been,
supporting you.
One single breath - One by One.
A new amazing world awaits.
One fully immersed in Love.
But the actual experience,
will be totally up to you.
As it always has.
So now my friend, my love
What will You choose?
Your experience waits for you.

A Grand Review Christmas 2011 - Accomplishments and Sharings
A Review - accomplishments without being paid
After writing the message yesterday, I was inspired to compile this Christmas Message 2011, to go back and look at what has been accomplished over the past few years. Blogging is great, but I think stuff can get kind of lost. So, here is a summary of some of the more pertinent messages, as they might relate to the end of this incredible year of 2011, and as we head into 2012, which I do believe is going to be an amazingly, wonderful year of transformation and growth, for the entire world. I am very optimistic, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
Ok, so I went through my past blogs, looking for the "gems". This is all stuff that has been created without money. These ideas are simply Shared, in the interest of raising vibrations, and helping people realize that Life is really pretty incredible

Re-definition, Collective/Individual, Your Power to Re-Create
In the beginning was the word. We have allowed ourselves to become ruled by fear-based, controlling words. This was predicted by Orwell in his book 1984. We need to simply examine where we have become mis-guided and decide how to re-create our collective reality. We have let fear and dishonesty write the rules for our collective experience. We need to find out where we are mis-aligned and begin to focus our thoughts and attention on what we want. The fear model will self-destruct so we must do something now.
Let's examine some of our most popular distractions, and causes of our collective discomfort.
Government: why would we allow "them" to "govern" us? What services do they provide? How are they improving our lives? What they are doing is passing laws which impinge on our freedoms as sovereign beings. They constantly fight, or want to, with other countries. They waste precious resources on destructive activities and destroy our environment. I think we should re-define this whole thing based on our collective Vision and desires and call it something like "Servicement" - we need to go back to the drawing board on this and get rid of all the unnecessary waste and un-functionality. (for more on They, which is an expression of Us, which are the creators of "Theys" see this post Diversify, Cooperate Go Inside).
An interesting side note, when you put a governor on a car engine, it holds it back.
Politicians: root word "poli", this, like the "police" and "policy" (regulatory law!) has caused us so much confusion and suffering. We need to go back to the drawing board on this one in totality. Law makers shouldn't control our resources, our collective pocket book. They should only provide service, in the Spirit of love to make our lives better, more comfortable and advance the evolution of our society. This will be in their best interest too. Maybe call them "Servicians" or something like that. They should make decisions on infrastructure, use systems thinking (which is based on natural. living systems examples), and be required to use the most efficient means, in the simplest fashion with regular evaluation of effectiveness and innovation in the solutions they create.
Money: Same root as "monopoly". We need to have a wholesale re-definition, and un-conditioning with our relationship with money. We need to put it back into the role as a "tool", think of it as an expedient for energy exchange, for goods and services, between living beings. We would not let hammers become our master. Currency is likely a word that could most commonly be used. Eliminating our fears towards it, and removing our feelings that it dominates our lives is important to bring our lives back into balance. To do this we must, as individuals, change our thoughts, but this also can be sped up by our collective re-definition of the role it plays in our "civilization".
Universal Principle: This as discovered by Albert Schwiezter, and taught by Jesus and other great teachers, is the necessary foundation to have a successful, world, civilization. The Golden Law (previously the golden rule via Christianity) and/or Reverence for Life will suffice for a basis for our "new" or, re-created civilization - that sees both individual and collective advancement and evolution back to Source Love as our primary purpose.
Civilization could become "livilization" or "flourishization". Why just be civil, why not flourish?
There may be some other areas that we want to re-define. We can address one by one, such as business, religion, science - any concept that causes us consternation, frustration, and friction. Usually we can find the areas of concern by noticing our emotional reactions, anxiety, fear, anger, etc. But we need not become dismayed or confused. The key is to re-define how we think reality is in our own minds, but also as it relates to our collective experience.
Finally, our obsession, conditioning, propensity to think about the things that we don't want would be best shifted. This is most clearly related by the story told about Mother Theresa where she would not attend a "anti-war" rally, but would gladly be part of a "Peace" event.
To accomplish this, can be quite an undertaking and must occur with each individual. Simple questions can guide us: What do you really want? What do you want to become or accomplish? (it's important not to be confined to dictated by pre-defined job categories or titles on this, unless that's what you want - to be limited by old ideas). How do you prefer to feel?
This is a process of taking back control of our minds. There are many ways to begin to accomplish this: prayer, meditation, concentration, contemplation, spending time in nature, processing experience, enjoying the present, Now current experience, etc.
It can be an incredible journey and process. You can know if you're on the right track by monitoring how you feel. "Follow your bliss" as Joseph Campbell stated.
After you begin to take back control of your thoughts you are on your way back to TRUE freedom. This is an invitation from Spirit and your breath.
Then, spend your days thinking and doing what you dream of. Eliminate contradictory thoughts. Fill your mind with thoughts of what you want: Happiness, joy, peace, gratitude, friendship, fun, adventure, wonder, appreciation, love, excitement, curiousity, "fill in the blank", etc.
This is the way to create the life of your dreams. Find your purpose emanating from your heart. Do what makes your heart and soul sing. Do what you would feel proud for others to know you for what you have accomplished. This is best done by doing what you truly LOVE.
The process of reigning in our "frisky" and undisciplined minds can be tricky, but that's OK. Don't we all love a challenge? It is why we came here. Find a point of attention, your breath, your heart, your third-eye, as Jesus said "But seek ye first the kingdom of God . . ." Matt 6:33 and "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light." Matt 6:22. As you go through your day, notice your thoughts. Where are they? Where are they going? This is your personal endowment from the Infinite Mind. Is it concentrated, or disseminated and being wasted?
Learn to focus your mind, your attention, on what it is you want to create. What would Love have you do? Become your own Master. And Share!

(it's important not to be confined to dictated by pre-defined job categories or titles on this, unless that's what you want - to be limited by old ideas). How do you prefer to feel?
This is a process of taking back control of our minds. There are many ways to begin to accomplish this: prayer, meditation, concentration, contemplation, spending time in nature, processing experience, enjoying the present, Now current experience, etc.
It can be an incredible journey and process. You can know if you're on the right track by monitoring how you feel. "Follow your bliss" as Joseph Campbell stated.
After you begin to take back control of your thoughts you are on your way back to TRUE freedom. This is an invitation from Spirit and your breath.
Then, spend your days thinking and doing what you dream of. Eliminate contradictory thoughts. Fill your mind with thoughts of what you want: Happiness, joy, peace, gratitude, friendship, fun, adventure, wonder, appreciation, love, excitement, curiousity, "fill in the blank", etc.
This is the way to create the life of your dreams. Find your purpose emanating from your heart. Do what makes your heart and soul sing. Do what you would feel proud for others to know you for what you have accomplished. This is best done by doing what you truly LOVE.
The process of reigning in our "frisky" and undisciplined minds can be tricky, but that's OK. Don't we all love a challenge? It is why we came here. Find a point of attention, your breath, your heart, your third-eye, as Jesus said "But seek ye first the kingdom of God . . ." Matt 6:33 and "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light." Matt 6:22. As you go through your day, notice your thoughts. Where are they? Where are they going? This is your personal endowment from the Infinite Mind. Is it concentrated, or disseminated and being wasted?
Learn to focus your mind, your attention, on what it is you want to create. What would Love have you do? Become your own Master. And Share!

Solution
Today marks the opportunity for us to implement a solution. That solution is very simple. Find yourself, embrace that essence. Key in on the center of your being knowing that that spark, that life, that force is what keeps the 30 trillion (estimated) cells of your body, which are really like small galaxies, moving. This "polaris star", as described in the Law of One series is your, personal, endowment from God. It is yours to do with what you want. The question is, what are you doing with it?
After you answer that question, which may not be as simple as you think, then you will begin to create the world of your dreams. That is, if you have knowledge of what your dreams are. Most people have not had the courage to examine what their true dreams are much less to pursue them.
I have been learning some very interesting things about each of our individual powers. Imagine given a spark of the Infinite. I'm not talking about a piece, that is some sub-set of something, but a holographic representation of the character, capacity, an aspect of the Infinite Mind, God. This is what is meant by the Bible quote, "in the image and likeness of God", or when Jesus said "it is the father that works through me".
So, now, imagine, you have the power of God at your disposal, what are you going to do with it?
Whatever you focus your mental attention on is what you are creating, supporting to exist.
If you want things to stay the same, if you want to repeat the same experiences over and over again (whether individual or collective), focus on your past, read about history, pay attention to what happened yesterday, or in your distant past - oh yes, it also helps to be very emotional about it.
If you want to have war, famine, disease, suffering and many of the conditions that we have created in the world, watch the news every day, and be angry at all of the injustices and suffering. Pay close attention to the politicians, stories about the bankers and evil corporations and all the things wrong in the world.
If, on the other hand, you want to experience something different, start to notice where your attention is going. On any given day, hour, or minute try to notice where your thoughts and emotional energies are going. Each of those thoughts are being created, fueled and sustained by the Infinite Mind. Because You, as we all are, a channel for that same power.
So, what is the solution, it's pretty simple - focus your thoughts and attention on the solution. Is this easy? - it could be, but in most of our cases it is a very arduous, and dedicated process. The question is though, what do you really want? What did you come here to create? What legacy do you want to leave behind? Do you want to make the most of this incredible experience that you came here to participate in? It truly is up to you.

Don't be afraid - It's all Love
There is no reason to be afraid. I am tentative to almost bring up the idea of "fear" because there is a paradox. Jung captured it in the idea "what you resist, persists". In any case, we have to be able to look at what we "think" is going on, and face it, and come to terms with it. In regards to fear, is that it is just an idea. Of course one could go into a lengthy discourse on the subject. About how it is a biological survival mechanism, blah, blah, blah. One of the most ridiculous quotes, that was invented and broadly adapted in the United States of America was "the only thing we have to fear, is fear itself". OMG - can you believe we bought into that? I did - I even re-quoted it.
Anyway, not to get into a long diatribe, why don't we have to be afraid? Because God did not leave us, or forget us - we are not disconnected from the source of this beautiful creation, the All That Is. If we had been forgotten, then we wouldn't be here.
I took a walk by the Mississippi River just a few minutes ago. I was thinking about love. That which is the source, supply and product of all that we are, what is, and there is absolutely no disconnect from original source because if there were, IT, whatever It is, you, me, trees, flowers, bugs, stars, galaxies, universes, the infinitude - IT would cease to exist. There is no way for any part of the cosmos, from the smallest particle to the infinitude of universes and dimensions for any part to be cut off.
However, in our power, we have adequately created the experience of separation. But this part of our story is over, as I have been experiencing. It is time for the conversion of our collective experience to one of peace, harmony and abundance. Many are looking outside, at the moving pictures, distractions, inversions of energetic, chaotic display hoping to hook onto a semblance of balance but the material manifestation is fleeting, continually moving.
The true center (the zero point), of the spiral, the storm, resides within our own Being, which in this physical dimension is an emanation with its center-point within our physical bodies. The "collective human, external creation" has so much static and chaos as to be an impossible place of grounding. It is similar to if you spill water on an electronic circuit board - the ground will be lost and the functionality of the system is totally lost. To seek the peace in the ever changing show, in the outside world is an act of futility. It truly is a significant form of entertainment, but your consciousness will lose itself in the ever changing patterns and emotional turmoil that is swirling around the globe.
The best use of your energies, attention at this time is to be sure to connect, at least for a portion of each day, to the center of your conscious emanations. Each human being is a quantum, multi-dimensional portal of the Divine spark of life. Each being transposes the energy and consciousness of the Infinite Mind into a creative vehicle, co-creative partner in Life. Essentially, via the breath as the vehicle of the Spirit energies, we transform thoughts and feelings into physical manifestations on this plane of existence. The energy patterns have been diverted and controlled as a mechanism to teach us what the possibility would be for the disconnect from the Source Love, but this was only an illusory process. It was only an experiment, a test. But now our re-connect is well underway, essentially a total remembering of our Cosmic nature and what our part has been in this grand endeavor on this tiny sphere, but which has been a total success in contributing a vast array of experience to the Infinite Collective. The disconnect has ended, but what is required now is the individuated consciousness, You in other words, to re-establish the connection. It happens through your allowing, knowing and the action required is simply to become cognizant of your breath and its Divine Blueprint - embedded in the action of breathing deeply, and consciously, in and out. Then watch with wonder in the transformation, the transmutation of your experience.

It's All Around
A friend posted a nice sentiment at Facebook, which inspired my response.
My response - Its all around, love abounds, astounds, rebounds and will always carry us away on gossamer wings if we allow. Joy presses, caresses, addresses and redresses if we simply observe that which motivates, captivates and exhilarates. Love, the Breath, Life invites us to play, to remember how we once enjoyed, as children, All That Is without all the measuring, worrying and judging. Just play along, and soon all hearts will be rejoicing in ONE LOVE. Thank You, Bent for constantly re-minding us to simply enjoy the sensual, loving feast that abounds all experience, if, we are giving a little attention. Peace, Love and Abundance.

If we learn to follow our intuition, we will learn that when we "please ourSelf", our higher intuitive Self, to follow its guidance, we become part of the Divine, Harmonic symphonic orchestration, because Love is Guiding us. Whether we are aware or not.
Finally, to catalyze this process, I feel that Gaia, the Spirit of Mother Earth is pouring Love onto us in ways that we cannot imagine. So, connecting with this beautiful, sustaining Spirit will assist us to arrive at our desired, dreamed of destination, but the point is to enjoy the journey, moment to moment. Gaia's Message to Me

Do Good
Complicity with “the devil” to take care of “our own” is not acceptable in the Christ consciousness. This goes for the entire world. Corporations, who claim rights of individuals, do not have a soul created in the beginning by the One Infinite Creator. Thus, the collective responsibility and “soul-ness”, if such exists, is distributed throughout the entire organization of people. No one can escape the karmic responsibility they incur by accepting and continuing to work for entities that do harm to people or nature. If we truly want to change the world, we must eliminate this concept that the responsibility for wrong actions somehow falls through the cracks in the gyrations and legal shenanigans and elaborations. We may think we are fooling someone, but we aren’t. We know – in our hearts. Divine Law does not allow for escaping the realities of the consequences of our actions, this is covered by both the Law of Cause and Effect and the Golden Law. It is time we stand up and face this “real reality” and know that the Kingdom of God, Paradise, Nirvana is simply waiting on the other side of a door when we recognize that our job is to re-present our knowing that what we do, and what those that we are affiliated with, we have responsibility for. It is time to step forward and face the truth, that we cannot escape the truth. Our actions have repercussions. However, we need not be afraid, for clemency (forgiveness) is always available when we decide to alter our course and decide to contribute to unification, peace, love and abundance and accept the glories and wonders that are anxiously awaiting to pour down on us as soon as we courageously face the fear of change – not just accepting the way things are, and simply saying, as one common voice, "enough is enough". We will be astounded at the rapidity of the transformation and transmutation as we release the energies the Divine has been building up behind the world’s people’s desire for things to improve for all. We have just been afraid whether or not our families will be taken care of. There are no “buts” in this process. It is either “Do Good” or perish in the fires of conformity and acceptance of less than the best – the quagmire of mediocrity. These doldrums, the human tendency to think we can escape from ourselves, each other, and the Laws of the Cosmos have come to an end. It is now time to step up to the plate and represent our knowing that we truly are expressions of Love, and as such need to embrace the opportunities, that are abundant beyond our comprehension, to make a shift in our actions at all levels. When a large enough group of individuals make a conscious decision we will be astounded at the rapidity of the shift (I am sure it is already occurring), and then we will enter the true glory of what it means to be a Divine Creation.

My Vision in a Nutshell
I made a decision to "change the world" in 2005, (for my children, when I knew much less than I do now, about vibrational energy and such) and revalidated it in 2007 - something like how Gandhi must have made a decision to free India or Norman Borlaug made a decision to feed everyone.
My understanding is that if we allow our connection to Gaia, to our Divine Mother to be made, we will find ourselves ushered into a more balanced way of being. I have been given insights that this process is really so simple - to relax and become re-aquainted, to be conscious of our breath, and know that each of us are the creators of our world.
So the process is quite simple, not complicated, because when we tap into our own breath and begin to treat ourselves with kindness and respect, and learn how our divine guidance program works, our feelings, we will be perfectly guided and then that re-creation will be guided like a Divine symphony to a realization of Peace and Harmony.
My aim, is to usher in this Peace, one person at a time. To empower each individual to know that truth of Love, and that they are that love, and they are motivated by that Love. There is nothing to fear, as all is in perfect order. I don't fear whether the sun will shine, or my molecules or the galaxies will hold together, why would I fear about the tiny systems that we, I guess a bunch of errant children, could somehow be outside of the Divine orchestration. So my Vision, is that we "re-create" the world into the paradise that we all know in our hearts can be. We can each create the world of our dreams that we have been afraid to state boldly, because there has been a lot of discouragement of such things. And by the way, there has been a purpose for that too - it is just difficult to grasp. All I know, that even all of the things I haven't liked have taught me a lot about Love, Service, Patience, Vision and a desire to be even a better Andy, each day. I continue to believe in "ever expanding possibilities" and as I do that I am happier and happier each day because I realize that what I was afraid of is not real, and that when I go through my fears I always find wonder and joy and mystery, and on and on it will go until I return to the One, complete.

Dear God - Todays Prayer for Peace
Today I pray to bring peace to the world in the following ways.
To breathe consciously and appreciate the gift of my life, and remember to be grateful. To teach people and help them really learn and believe in Reverence for Life. I visualize and take the actions I can to create governments and companies that are responsible for correct actions towards people and the Earth. I visualize and take actions for making technology and the media to be an instrument of Peace and Love providing entertaining, educational, and empowering messages to all people to empower them and bring Peace and harmony to the world. Today I visualize and take the actions to Share with people through my teaching the wonder and glory of the world and the cosmos and how special each person, each flower, each tree and each animal is. Today I visualize and take the actions to assist people to understand that we have made government and business and money and technologies to SERVE us, the people, and that the Spirit of Love guides all of life and our opportunity is NOW to create heaven on Earth - a paradise. Finally, I pray that all people understand how powerful, wonderful, beautiful and spectacular they are in the eyes of their God and the only way to find peace is in their own hearts and act governed by the Golden Law. "Do unto others, as you would have done unto you" - and this means all of Life.

Realization of Self Love
This is a very personal description of a great discovery about self-love and the teachings of Jesus and the ten commandments.
About twelve years ago (1997), I was recovering from divorce. It turned out to be one of the most challenging times in my life. This process literally took years. I am not sure why I drug it out so long, but that was just the process. I mostly felt myself to have been a failure as a father. Not upholding the social agreement of marriage, mostly for the sake of my son.
I struggled a great deal financially, probably a form of self punishment. I also had periods of deep sorrow- even so far as contemplating the end of my life. I never went so far to actually do anything, just going to that place of desperate resignation. The most profound of these times I actually went to the place of no feelings. Ambivalence, numbness, not caring. That I discovered is a much more desperate and dangerous place than anger or depression.
When I was at the lowest place I was in my apartment and I picked up the Bible. Now, I have never read the Bible to any great extent. I have tried a number of times, but found the language difficult to comprehend. Plus I have come to believe that much of the greatest truths to have been culled out. However, I still believe that it is filled with great wisdom and truth, it is just difficult for me to decipher what might have been added or deleted. Not the best use of my time, this is my opinion.
However, on this occasion I opened up the book at random, dropped my finger on the passage where the disciples are asking Jesus to speak on the commandments, I remember reading "and what of the ten commandments"? And Jesus's response, in my recollection "There are only two. Love God with all your being. And Love your neighbor as yourself".
Reading this caused great realizations for me, and insights on my perspectives on love of self, and also my access to the love of God. You see, I read in that passage in the Bible, having a scientific mind, a case of deductive reasoning. The bottom line, or the basic challenge of Jesus' message relates to Self love. The deduction, or the leap of reasoning comes because he did not mention three points - 1) Love God, 2) Love Yourself, and 3) Love Your Neighbor as Yourself. The second step in this reasoning is missing.
Why? I assume that Jesus "assumed" that we would love ourselves. But is this the case in our world? I think mostly not. For many reasons - one is that it has become "tabu" in many ways to "Love ourselves" (e.g. narcissism, arrogance, selfishness). However, as I have since discovered, if I don't harbor Love in my heart for myself, how can I truly Love others? And I am not talking about "selfish" love. I'm talking about the Love for God and for all others. For if I truly Love Andy in the true sense of Love then I do not have to worry about selfish love. My brother-in-law many years ago (1981) confronted me on this. I think I said something him to about loving my girlfriend more than I loved myself. And he replied, "Andy how can you expect others to Love you, if you don't Love yourself?" This I have realized over the years is one of the most powerful questions a person can ask - either of themselves, or of a dear one.
This reverie from the quote from Jesus made me think why I might have arrived at the point of not Loving myself. I thought that it probably had something to do with pain - and pain being a sign of being excluded from God's Love, which to me is the greatest fear. Much greater than the fear of death. (a little digression, imagine the world of people living day to day their greatest fear as their truth!)
I thought back to my first unconscious "comprehension" of God - which would have been my parents. They were bigger than me, took care of all my needs, protected me, loved me. But did they love me when they punished me? I think I came to understand/feel that when I did "bad", I was being excluded from Love. When I felt pain, either external or internal, I began to separate myself from Love. I began to believe that I could actually do something and become un-Lovable. A ridiculous notion as I understand today, but for most of my life I believed, I felt this. As my friend Tom says "little Andy", had programmed this idea into the very core of my being. This is the idea that the church has placed on us. The idea of "original sin", or at least the way that I interpreted it. And, if I look at many people in the world, I think others believe it too.
In any case, I examined this idea of doing things, and being "out of Love". And it explained my behaviors. You see, once I was out of Love, or had excluded myself consciously, it doesn't matter. Bad in degrees is immaterial. And, because of the internal pain, the need to blot it out became more and more necessary. Thus, in my case, I turned to drugs and alcohol as a young person. However, at the time of this experience reading the Bible, in 1997, I had been 16 year sober.
I think I somehow got the idea or belief that if I felt pain, I wasn't being Loved. Of course it started with my parents, but then I think it extended to God, and of course to everyone. Because, how or why would I feel pain (which is "bad") if I was Loved?
Pain is a sign of being a "sinner" and "sinners" can't be Loved by God, right? Because we have to become an "un-sinner" for God to really Love us, right? We have to become totally clean to be accepted into the Love of God. And this only happens when you "do something", and are transformed into being "white as snow". But if I feel pain inside, then I feel that I am the same. I know that this is not the case, and this seems like a very childish way of understanding. However, I think this childish "program" was actually running in my life - it explained my behaviors.
In truth, I do not think God condemns. It is a man made construct, like so many other concepts that have imprisoned us - but these are OK, because there is a purpose to all.
I also realized at this moment that pain is not "bad". It is merely an aspect on a continuum. And, in actuality, it can be very, very good. In fact, it was deep and desperate pain that lead me to "no pain", no cares, no feeling which was the stimulus for all of these epiphanies about "Self Love". And in that moment, and in previous moments, I realized that "pain" can be exquisite. And then I wasn't sitting in judgment about my feelings, about my actions, which would result in me being excluded from God's Love, which is not possible.
Whether I consciously bought into the idea of "sin" and condemnation, I think at some level I believed that I had done things that had placed me out of God's Love. Divorce.
Abandoning my son (this was my "programmed" belief). Having a tendency to be somewhat
of a "womanizer". But this actually tied to my own condemnation of myself. It became a self fulfilling prophecy. It was like, OK, I'm already a "screw-up" (a sinner) so fuck it! And I had come to believe that I was the kind of person to do those things. So, if I believe myself to be that kind of person, how could I do anything else? But in reality all I was doing in that process was trying to find love. Love from others. Love to fill the void in me. But no other person can ever fill that void. Because that was a void created by my lack of Love for my Self.
And I think Loving my Self first is actually one of the most gracious things that I could ever do. I am God's first gift to me. To my person. This physical, spiritual and intellectual being was God's gift to me first. And from there, all other expressions arise, at least in my conscious experience.
I realized this in another way a few years ago when I heard the song by Bad Company "Feel like making Love". I realized that we are supposed to be "Love factories". But how could I generate Love if I don't have the first ingredient - Love for the being, the gift that God gave me - me, myself and I. Isn't it a tremendous lack of gratitude to not love what God gave me, first?
Through all of this thinking I realized that "Self love" was to "Love God with All My Being" - and that if I could accomplish Self Love in the most pure and profound way, then "Love Others as Your Self" would flow naturally and effortlessly. That was the "missing deduction" in Jesus's statement about there only being two commandments.
I also realized that maybe, these feelings, were God experiencing itself through me. I imagined my joys, sorrows, and the agelessness of the feelings. I imagined how my body, and my mind seem to age, but my feelings don't. I thought of the loves and deepness of those profound feelings that I had experienced in my life and felt that that truly was a God living through me. And those forces are the ones that have motivated me, truly to seek Love with all my being. To be Love in all ways that I can.
So what next? Forgiveness. Yes, but if God doesn't condemn why would I need forgiveness?
I don't really know, but for me at that (and this) moment, the forgiveness was to know that God's Love was immediately available to me - all-ways, always. It happened to me long ago when I realized my life was in the "shitter", I was a drunk and a junkie, mostly because of my dishonesty with myself. When I had this realization that dishonesty had created my twisted little life, and admitted I was lying, and committed to take a different path, and said the prayer "God help me". My life began to be totally different.
All I had to do, I guess, was to accept the Love to flow. It was there waiting. I didn't grow any new Love acceptance organs.
Oh, you may be thinking, why do I say that God doesn't judge - well for me, it's about Love. Love Loves it doesn't judge. And if God is Love then God doesn't judge. God just Loves.
So what I had to do at that moment was look at Andy, and see him for who he was, and just appreciate that he never meant to hurt anyone - on purpose. That many times he was confused, and did things that resulted in apparent "problems" but that those really don't matter to Love. That no matter what I think that I do that is bad, and no matter how bad I might feel, I am always Loved by God. Period. There is no way out of it. It is everywhere and always.
And today, I have learned more and more about my feelings and their connection to the Divine. That they are actually the "program" the "guidance system" that I was given in order to know how to avoid doing the things that were contrary to my, and others, best interest. But I didn't learn this until about 2 years ago.

Love Transcends
At this time there is nothing else that really matters. To discover your love. This is imperative if you want to feel the freedom you so seek. This is not a matter of finding love around the corner, or in someone´s arms, but to discover that it resides in your own heart, and that it always has.
This love is why you came here. To find it, experience it and share it. That is your purpose. The love is unconditional, it is un-stoppable, it is, ultimately, undeniable. But it is the most challenging quest that you will ever embark upon – especially in your world.
The game as it has been orchestrated has drawn your attention to innumerable distractions – other objectives that seem to be paramount. But this is not the case. The foundation of all activity in this cosmos is based on love. It is the prime ingredient to be assured that what you create is in alignment with the One´s design.
Discovering this can be one of the most elusive tasks that you might take on. Living as a human being on the Earth at this time in your history is leading to “the great rub”. This is the point where it becomes an either or choice for acting from a place of unconditional love, or something else. The something else(s) have increased in so many forms and so much intensity of energy as to be especially distracting.
Your world speaks of love more than any single idea. Yet your understanding of its true nature is so misunderstood. It is really the most simplest, and actually the only truth in your world. It is at the bottom, and behind all of the experiences that you are orchestrating and so distracted with the details. The experiences are all accessories to the point. And the point is love. Can´t you see that all of this creative wonder that you observe in your external perceptions is the result of love? And you will step beyond the production of material trinkets when you discover that the love power you are so yearning to express exists in the core of your being. When you discover this love you will realize that there is nothing to “own” or “possess” or to hold onto because what you so yearn for is the makeup of your actual being. It is what is holding all of the molecules of your body together. It is what is containing all of the information in your DNA and blood. The thoughts that you have are supported, contained within the love matrix, the One´s thoughts. But you are a thought filled being and have the same capacities.
But your task in this life is to discover, not the One´s love, or someone else´s love, but your love. Go to that place inside yourself and discover the spark of the love that created you. That you are to share – that is your purpose. That is the One´s purpose for you. That is why you stepped into this existence.
You have been clear on this idea for longer than you could ever imagine, before you came into this form. But the veil, the curtain had to be heavy in order for us to discover some new characteristics of this thing that we share in all points and waves across infinity.
You have been a wonderful agent in this life, investigating distractions, diversions, untruths of how love might express itself – “I will love you if”, “share your love if you get paid”, “looking for love in all the wrong places”. My what an adventure you have created.
But the time has come for you to get down to business. Enter your own heart and find the spark, that WE put there. Yes, you were a designer of this system too. You were the architect, as was Eye. But you had primary input. You had the experiences in the realms of love across the cosmos and instructed us in the design of this new adventure space called “Earth” and the universe. But you have been pulled from the core of its knowing – this is evidenced by the state of your world. You have forgotten your truth birth mother, Gaia, and you abuse those around you with the distractions of what you think are obligations you believe are a result of love – obligations that have been placed on you in the game that you are playing.
If you would have been informed as a baby about the task of finding your own divine spark to then share this with the world, you would have found a very different experience. But we had a purpose for it to play out in this exact way. But now, now my dear comrades, associates, partners, MY BEING, the time is quickly approaching for the quickening. I am sure you feel it. Don´t you feel kind of crazy? Do you feel time passing quickly? That is the true quickening. It is love beckoning. And the only place you will find peace of mind, is discovering your true nature and that that power to transform the entire cosmos in the “twinkle of an eye” resides at the center of your being.
Now how you experience or find this spark can be as varied as you see yourselves as beings. There are some pointers. One possibility is to find another soul who vibrates, or resonates on an energetic level and begin to immerse yourself into an investigation of this love. Invite that other person to find their love. Invite yourself to examine what it is that makes you tick – what inspires, how do you really feel about the people in your life that you love. This is not about the “stories” and dramas and traumas that are playing out in yours or their lives, but the core of the connection to them. This may require some effort to get past the surface experience which you are lost in on a day to day basis. This requires a sense of deep meditation, but not necessarily in the image you have been given, such in a sitting lotus posture. You can examine your heart in all moments. While you walk, while you lay, as you gaze into a child´s eyes. As you look in the mirror at yourself. As you write, or listen to a song. The sources, or access points, to the love in your own heart are as innumerable as the moments in your day. But, you must dedicate your conscious attention to them. You must reflect on them.
Many of you find yourselves pulled away in the stream of external life. But this is not the external world´s fault. This is an expression of where you are in yourself. If you are struggling and finding yourself overwhelmed, in any area of your life, it is love´s invitation to take a look. It is you that is saying – is this what you want? Love is so close and inviting you to examine what you want to create. It is inviting you go to your love and have it show you the way to your own joy, your own “master plan” – which you designed and imprinted, with love, into the core of your very makeup. Physically it is easiest to find this if you work with your heart area. That is where this expression is most powerfully emanating moment to moment as your heart beats and cascades the essence of your love through your blood throughout your body. There is a cosmic, and eternal energy pulse with our Divine signature that the entire cosmos is waiting for you to find, key into, and then express the results as this program turns on and takes over your existence. When this event occurs there will be no turning back, and you will begin to reveal to yourself the true nature of your cosmic being. Showing yourself, via your own unique love quotient, the path that you had laid down for yourself eons ago, in fact in many respects back to the moment your soul was conceived in the beginning from my Divine Love blueprint.
This experience will reveal to you just how spectacular you are, and thusly, as only the love model allows, you will begin to see the divinity of all that exists. All of this was created for this knowing, but the fact could not be fully appreciated until there was a thorough and complete forgetting. As you likely have discovered in your human form, we often take for granted that which is given to us without effort. Thus, this is not a unique experience to humanity on Earth, and this is specifically why we decided to create this world – and it has been the most phenomenal success!!!!
You, my dear ones, have ventured into the depths of new experiences that were not imagined before this. And the cosmic consciousness will be able to process and include each and every experience into the collective. And now your rewards for your dedicated service is to be granted, but there is one last effort that you must do. Find your heart. Find your Love. Experience it. Go to it. Embrace it. Allow it to embrace you. It is all-ready, you must know, but bring this experience into your conscious mind. FEEL IT – do whatever you must to experience this truth of who and what you are, because if you don´t, you will continue with the same results you are experiencing.
I emplore you to give this your utmost consideration and dedication. Because you will be astounded to find out that this thing, that you have been yearning and searching for, you have been dancing and singing for, you have been suffering and crying for, is embedded into the fabric of your being down to the most minute level. It is who you are, and nothing less. It is your DNA, it is your bodily parts, it is the functions, it is the Being that you are, and it is closer than anything else. But your consciousness must entertain it. You must open a doorway to it, because if you don´t you will remain locked in the prison of your perceptions, your beliefs, your thoughts and your habits. Those, dear one, are not you. None of those things – and you will be overjoyed to discover the truth of what is being shared with you.
This process, will have its way with you no matter what. The difference will be, do you want to experience it now, in this body where you believe you reside, in this stage of your life. Do you want to share the most astoundingly beautiful gifts with all those you “believed” that you “love and cherish”? Do you want to experience this? This is your most important assignment. This is why you agreed to come to this sphere of existence. This is why you were made, and why you made yourself. And, the time has come to find this truth within your being and Share it.
Be happy. Because you are so beautiful. Drop all beliefs about your experiences, ideas you have been given, and give yourself a chance to experience the pure essence of the love that you are truly made of. All of these things that you are afraid to face about yourself is what you have contributed to the cosmic database of experiences. It is very important. But there is no meaning in it any longer, as the time has come for the great reckoning, beckoning, love inviting you home to yourself. Because, in the end this is what you have been looking for. You are your own answer. Your own destination. Your own love source, that once found will be shared with every other being across creation – and it will be there forever, for that is the nature of how love works. It is pure, kind, gracious, patient, powerful and any other positive attributes that you might use. But more importantly, it is yours. You have never been without it. There was no need to fear. But to appreciate what has been going on, or how great this thing is, you had to know what it would be like for the “possibility” for love not to be cascading in infinite abundance over your soul and being. You had to experience this, for the ONE. It has been necessary for this, and you have done GOOD!
This love is why you came here. To find it, experience it and share it. That is your purpose. The love is unconditional, it is un-stoppable, it is, ultimately, undeniable. But it is the most challenging quest that you will ever embark upon – especially in your world.
The game as it has been orchestrated has drawn your attention to innumerable distractions – other objectives that seem to be paramount. But this is not the case. The foundation of all activity in this cosmos is based on love. It is the prime ingredient to be assured that what you create is in alignment with the One´s design.
Discovering this can be one of the most elusive tasks that you might take on. Living as a human being on the Earth at this time in your history is leading to “the great rub”. This is the point where it becomes an either or choice for acting from a place of unconditional love, or something else. The something else(s) have increased in so many forms and so much intensity of energy as to be especially distracting.
Your world speaks of love more than any single idea. Yet your understanding of its true nature is so misunderstood. It is really the most simplest, and actually the only truth in your world. It is at the bottom, and behind all of the experiences that you are orchestrating and so distracted with the details. The experiences are all accessories to the point. And the point is love. Can´t you see that all of this creative wonder that you observe in your external perceptions is the result of love? And you will step beyond the production of material trinkets when you discover that the love power you are so yearning to express exists in the core of your being. When you discover this love you will realize that there is nothing to “own” or “possess” or to hold onto because what you so yearn for is the makeup of your actual being. It is what is holding all of the molecules of your body together. It is what is containing all of the information in your DNA and blood. The thoughts that you have are supported, contained within the love matrix, the One´s thoughts. But you are a thought filled being and have the same capacities.
But your task in this life is to discover, not the One´s love, or someone else´s love, but your love. Go to that place inside yourself and discover the spark of the love that created you. That you are to share – that is your purpose. That is the One´s purpose for you. That is why you stepped into this existence.
You have been clear on this idea for longer than you could ever imagine, before you came into this form. But the veil, the curtain had to be heavy in order for us to discover some new characteristics of this thing that we share in all points and waves across infinity.
You have been a wonderful agent in this life, investigating distractions, diversions, untruths of how love might express itself – “I will love you if”, “share your love if you get paid”, “looking for love in all the wrong places”. My what an adventure you have created.
But the time has come for you to get down to business. Enter your own heart and find the spark, that WE put there. Yes, you were a designer of this system too. You were the architect, as was Eye. But you had primary input. You had the experiences in the realms of love across the cosmos and instructed us in the design of this new adventure space called “Earth” and the universe. But you have been pulled from the core of its knowing – this is evidenced by the state of your world. You have forgotten your truth birth mother, Gaia, and you abuse those around you with the distractions of what you think are obligations you believe are a result of love – obligations that have been placed on you in the game that you are playing.
If you would have been informed as a baby about the task of finding your own divine spark to then share this with the world, you would have found a very different experience. But we had a purpose for it to play out in this exact way. But now, now my dear comrades, associates, partners, MY BEING, the time is quickly approaching for the quickening. I am sure you feel it. Don´t you feel kind of crazy? Do you feel time passing quickly? That is the true quickening. It is love beckoning. And the only place you will find peace of mind, is discovering your true nature and that that power to transform the entire cosmos in the “twinkle of an eye” resides at the center of your being.
Now how you experience or find this spark can be as varied as you see yourselves as beings. There are some pointers. One possibility is to find another soul who vibrates, or resonates on an energetic level and begin to immerse yourself into an investigation of this love. Invite that other person to find their love. Invite yourself to examine what it is that makes you tick – what inspires, how do you really feel about the people in your life that you love. This is not about the “stories” and dramas and traumas that are playing out in yours or their lives, but the core of the connection to them. This may require some effort to get past the surface experience which you are lost in on a day to day basis. This requires a sense of deep meditation, but not necessarily in the image you have been given, such in a sitting lotus posture. You can examine your heart in all moments. While you walk, while you lay, as you gaze into a child´s eyes. As you look in the mirror at yourself. As you write, or listen to a song. The sources, or access points, to the love in your own heart are as innumerable as the moments in your day. But, you must dedicate your conscious attention to them. You must reflect on them.
Many of you find yourselves pulled away in the stream of external life. But this is not the external world´s fault. This is an expression of where you are in yourself. If you are struggling and finding yourself overwhelmed, in any area of your life, it is love´s invitation to take a look. It is you that is saying – is this what you want? Love is so close and inviting you to examine what you want to create. It is inviting you go to your love and have it show you the way to your own joy, your own “master plan” – which you designed and imprinted, with love, into the core of your very makeup. Physically it is easiest to find this if you work with your heart area. That is where this expression is most powerfully emanating moment to moment as your heart beats and cascades the essence of your love through your blood throughout your body. There is a cosmic, and eternal energy pulse with our Divine signature that the entire cosmos is waiting for you to find, key into, and then express the results as this program turns on and takes over your existence. When this event occurs there will be no turning back, and you will begin to reveal to yourself the true nature of your cosmic being. Showing yourself, via your own unique love quotient, the path that you had laid down for yourself eons ago, in fact in many respects back to the moment your soul was conceived in the beginning from my Divine Love blueprint.
This experience will reveal to you just how spectacular you are, and thusly, as only the love model allows, you will begin to see the divinity of all that exists. All of this was created for this knowing, but the fact could not be fully appreciated until there was a thorough and complete forgetting. As you likely have discovered in your human form, we often take for granted that which is given to us without effort. Thus, this is not a unique experience to humanity on Earth, and this is specifically why we decided to create this world – and it has been the most phenomenal success!!!!
You, my dear ones, have ventured into the depths of new experiences that were not imagined before this. And the cosmic consciousness will be able to process and include each and every experience into the collective. And now your rewards for your dedicated service is to be granted, but there is one last effort that you must do. Find your heart. Find your Love. Experience it. Go to it. Embrace it. Unusual Love messages - toilet paper
Well, this is a strange experience. Here I was, thinking of my post for Facebook - (And Source asks "what will you share for me today, what thoughts, feelings, Sharings?"). Then I went into the bathroom and was still thinking about this.
I have known and learned so much that what is going on here, as we experience it, and as science proves, it is about vibrational frequency. As we live and yearn to create a new world, the way that it all plays out in our "light forms", which is what we really are made of, is our vibrational energy. Our world has been stuck, for a long time, in a low vibrational, dense energetic vibration that has prevented us from creating a world that aligns with all those things we desire - as expressed in our feelings - in our lives. The dominant energy reducing emotion is "fear" which stems all the other "negative" emotions (negative does not mean bad - if there weren´t duality of experience we wouldn´t be here as we know it - but that is a whole other story).
Anyway, back to my morning story. So I am contemplating this profound thought - about what we bring to the world each day. How we create our day. What do we share? - Fear, complaining, conflict - or happiness, joy, wonder - excitement at the mystery, adventure in the uncertainty?
And then I go a little deeper as I walk to the bathroom to sit on one of my contemplation thrones. Now, as of late, I have been getting more and more open about where my messages might come from. For years I have been aware of synchronicities - what Carl Jung described as the "acausal connecting principle". I have learned to be open. And in the past few weeks the messages, important messages for my personal path have been coming in from totally unexpected sources. But, I never ever could have been prepared to receive a message from "toilet paper".
What message and how, you ask? Very simple, I sat down for just a minute or two (seriously), was thinking about this deep, deep (and I´m serious about that too) question of how we raise the vibrational, or light quotient of the planet. This is the issue my dear brothers and sisters. If we want the new world, we have to create it. We have to invite it. We, each one of us, day after day, moment after moment have to raise our own vibrational energy. And how do we do that? Well first we learn about the guidance system we were programmed with. Then we have to do what the toilet paper told me.
There, on the toilet paper were flowers and hearts - but there was one particular heart that caught my attention. Here it is.
Now how in the world this message got on a roll of toilet paper - I don´t know. But I am sure that the message came to me for the specific purpose for me to focus on just what I needed to do - today.
