Evolving "Addiction" Recovery Models

Offering a smorgasbord of Breath Consciousness skills and tools through the Reverence for Life University, and ancillary websites

Approaching treatment centers, AA, hospitals, outreach/recovery houses, etc. with the Reverence for Life University tool box. I will be adding to this outline as a guide to assist people who are working on addressing any type of "addiction". My experience is based upon 36 years clean and sober.

Primarily offering The Practice, as in The Global Citizenship Passport

This is a Spiritual process, just like when we exercise our body and mind, we have to address, grow, our Soul/Spirit

Full-filling work (job, vocation, career, avocation)
A key, is to find work that feels fulfilling, or satisfies, and doesn't suck the life out of us. Another way to look at this is to "transcend" our work, with the intention, knowing, that what our heart's desire will be brought to us in good timing. A couple touchstones: don't settle for less, there can be a danger where one might "rest on their laurels" (see Vision Excelerator, bringing dreams to life)

Monitoring Feelings
We have an internal guidance system, it is our feelings, especially emanating from our "guts", solar plexus, or breadbasket.
- The Moods Channel
- Dial-A-Mantra
